We’re thrilled to invite you to reconnect, reminisce, and create unforgettable memories at this year’s gathering. Join us for an evening packed with:

– A sumptuous dinner to keep the festivities going

Registration Details:

1. Individual or Couple Registration
– Register as either an individual or a couple.
– If registering as a couple, complete separate registrations for each person.
– For couples, please include the spouse’s name in the registration form.
– If the spouse is not a DPS Siliguri alumni, please select “NA” options in the relevant fields.

2. Mandatory Fields
– Only fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
– Please ensure all required fields are filled to successfully complete your registration.
– Please fill in the pincode of your current postal address
